How do you guarantee your products?
We stand behind our products one hundred percent and guarantee they will arrive as ordered and described. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. In case of shipping damage or defective products, simply send us photos illustrating the problem, along with copies of shipping tags. We will resolve the matter to your satisfaction. While we want to know right away about any problems, you have up to one year from the invoice date to request repair, refund, or replacement.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard but please note the Bank fees range from $US150 - $US250 so we prefer TT Bank to Bank.  Corporate customers are also welcome to use other means of payment, by arrangement with our corporate office but please ask us first. Please contact us by email.


What about shipping?
The price of each item does not includes standard shipping to any city in Asia, Europe, or the Americas. Average standard lead times before delivery for in stock items is 30 days, and for new items, 45 days.  For special or expedited shipping, please contact us by email. UPS or airfreight can be arranged in 4 days but please note the charges are governed by the oil price rises & if lead times are long we reserve the right to add changes to shipping. We also need to know if you want air or sea freight but please note all airfreight over 1m long will be charged volume x weight so a 3kg item could weigh out at 37kgs. Sea freight min is 1cbm or 1m x1m x 1m.

Our designers have a large library of designs, and are constantly developing new products for our international market. We can also execute any design you submit to us.


Do I have a choice of furniture finishes?
Yes, we have a wide variety of finishes. Our standard offerings include pecan glaze, natural glaze, natural honey and many others. We can also finish your product with low, medium, or high gloss. Please see the illustrations for examples of available finishes.
